Mr. Osterhout has 30 years of experience in civil and environmental engineering and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in New York State and Connecticut.

Mr. Ferguson is a Partner at EDP. He has more than 19 years of experience in civil and environmental engineering and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in New York State.

Mr. Zeglen is a Licensed Professional Engineer with over eight years of experience. Nick has a well-rounded perspective of site design and the construction process.

Mr. Alvord is an Assistant Design Professional and field technician, responsible for gathering accurate field data and current land surveying information. Connor is also part of the EDP Drone Services team.

Ms. Alvord is a customer account representative for EDP and the firm’s partner companies. She is available to answer questions or communications about our products or services.

Ms. Aucompaugh is a Project manager at EDP. She has over 5 years of experience in the consulting business.

Mr. Beauregard is a licensed Land Surveyor and has eight years of experience with land surveying, boundary analysis, GIS, and drone mapping. Zach is a certified FAA commercial drone operator and manages our drone-based LiDAR services.

Mr. Carpenter is a respected senior member of the survey team with almost four decades of Land Surveying experience. He is responsible for gathering the most accurate field data using the necessary equipment, appropriate field sketches, and current land surveying data.

Mr. Cruikshank is a Licensed Professional Engineer in New York and Rhode Island. Jakob takes pride in developing new and specialized technologies during the site design process.

Mr. DeMeyer has worked with EDP for over four years and has recently graduated with his B.S. in Civil Engineering. Connor is involved with site planning projects throughout the north country and is an FAA Licensed Drone Operator.

Mr. Faraad has worked with EDP for over two years, he is involved with site planning projects throughout the Capital Region.

Mr. Ferguson oversees EDP’s Quality Control-Quality Assurance program as the Firm’s Senior Construction Inspector. Mr. Ferguson is also a New York State Licensed Water System Operator with 37 years of experience.

Mr. Ferguson is a land surveyor with two decades of experience in boundary surveys, topographic surveys, construction stakeouts, and Global Positioning System (GPS) technology.

Mr. Frangis is a civil and environmental engineer with 15+ years of experience designing and permitting commercial, residential, and school-related site-civil projects.

Mr. Freed oversees client accounts and payroll. He is also responsible for many Human Resource tasks throughout the year.

Ms. Godson is responsible for the development of Phase I ESAs, wetland delineations, and SWPPPs. Bailey recently completed her B.S. in Wildlife Management at SUNY Cobleskill and will continue her education in wildlife and environmental sciences.

Mr. Hodge is a survey crew person with experience in boundary surveys, topographic surveys, construction stakeouts, and Global Positioning System (GPS) technology.

Mr. Homes has a decade of experience in professional land surveying. He is responsible for completing all aspects of geomatics, field surveys, raw data reduction, field calculations, CAD drafting, and GIS data collection.

Mr. Hurtt has 30 years of experience in land survey mapping, engineering plans, and landscape architecture plans.

Mr. Klein is a Project Engineer with more than five years of experience in civil engineering, design, and construction-related projects. Evan is currently working with many of our north country clients to develop complicated and highly regulated site plans.

Mr. Lyon is a Registered Landscape Architect with 17 years of experience. His responsibilities include project management, construction management, site design, landscape layout, and drafting.

Kim is the master of our universe here at EDP. “Doer” of all other things, she makes sure our professionals can concentrate on their projects and clients.

Mr. Olund is a Senior Landscape Architect. He has 37 years of experience in site design, layout, and plan renderings.

Mr. Ragone has 28 years of experience. He has developed numerous residential, commercial, and industrial landscape architectural designs.

Ms. Peyron recently earned a B.S. in Landscape Architecture from the University of Massachusetts–Amherst. At EDP, Evie focuses on creating visual simulations, 3D models, and renderings, along with supporting preliminary and detailed design efforts across a range of projects.

Mr. Tedesco has worked in the construction industry for over ten years in many roles. John recently received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). He brings a well-rounded perspective to the full process of site design and development.

As a field survey technician, Erik is responsible for gathering accurate field data using the necessary equipment, appropriate field sketches, and current land surveying data. With six years of field experience, Erik is a valued and respected member of the survey team.

Mr. Ward is a Certified Wildlife Biologist (CWB) and a Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS) with over three decades of experience. Tom is responsible for overseeing the federal and state permitting process related to the natural resources involved with all EDP projects.

Mr. Wilkinson has over 33 years of experience in civil engineering and is a New York State Licensed Professional Engineer and Building Code Enforcement Official.

Mr. Willson is a Project Engineer with nearly five years of civil engineering experience. A graduate of Clarkson University (B.S. Civil Engineering, Water Resources Concentration), Ben has been part of the EDP team for more than three years. His project experience includes solar, residential, and commercial development, as well as prior work in industrial and transportation sectors.

Mr. Tompkins has four decades of experience in site design and land development. He serves as both Project Site Development Consultant and Project Manager for numerous projects throughout the US.

Mr. Vuillaume is a Senior Landscape Architect. He has more than 42 years of experience in site design, layout, and plan renderings.
