Project Overview

The Environmental Design Partnership, LLP (EDP) was retained by DCG Development Company to provide site/civil design, utility, and permitting services for the redevelopment of Clifton Park Center, a 640,000 square foot commercial complex located on Clifton Country Road in Clifton Park, New York.

Key Features

• EDP developed an overall site master plan and a demalling plan to modernize and revitalize the commercial complex.
• The project included site/civil design and permitting for major tenants and amenities such as Hilton Garden Inn, Homewood Suites, Regal Cinema, Planet Fitness, a 28,000 square foot retail plaza, and Park Tower.
• EDP prepared a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) to ensure regulatory compliance and environmental stewardship throughout the redevelopment process.
• Utility design and coordination were provided to support the needs of new and existing tenants, ensuring efficient site operations and infrastructure reliability.
