Project Overview

The Environmental Design Partnership, LLP (EDP) is collaborating with RJ Valente and MacKenzie Architects on the redevelopment of the former Uncle Sam’s Parking Garage in downtown Troy, New York. EDP was engaged for both the demolition of the existing structure and the site redevelopment to support a new mixed-use project.

Key Features

EDP oversaw the demolition of the former parking garage to prepare the site for new construction.
The redevelopment will create a mixed-use development featuring 193 apartments and ground-floor retail space, with integrated parking for residents and visitors.
The project is designed to activate a key downtown block, supporting urban revitalization and economic growth in the heart of Troy.
