EDP provided comprehensive site civil services for the redevelopment of Columbia Memorial Health’s Greene Medical Arts campus in Catskill, NY. The project focused on transforming the existing facility into a modern, patient-centered medical destination.

• EDP managed engineering, landscape architecture, surveying, and construction administration for the campus redevelopment.
• The team designed grading and drainage systems to improve site functionality and stormwater management, and handled utility coordination to ensure reliable service for expanded facilities.
• Site and traffic circulation were redesigned to enhance access, safety, and overall patient, staff, and visitor experience.
• The project included a new multispecialty Ambulatory Surgery Center with operating and procedure rooms, pre- and post-operative stations, and supporting clinical areas, as well as a new 5,000-sf cardiology addition.
• The entry sequence was enhanced with a drive-under canopy, and thoughtful site and landscape design contributed to a cohesive, welcoming outpatient environment.
